Extrusion process
The extruded particles will be put into the extrusion machine and the final WPC profile is extruded from the shaped mould at a temperature of 180℃.
Cooling and placement
After the product is produced, it needs to be cooled. After 24 hours of cooling, workers will clean and place the products neatly.
Surface treatment
Different surface treatments are available, such as sanding, woodgrain finish and 3D embossing. Surface treatments can be carried out by sanding machines and embossing machines to meet the needs of different customers.
Cutting
The product will be accurately cut to the length required by the customer. Taking into account the thermal expansion and contraction of the WPC products, as well as the climate of different countries, we usually reserve a length of 1 mm.
Packaging
When the product is at the right length (no more than 4 meters), we usually use pallets to pack the goods, and then use woven bags, fixing belts and edging bands to fix the pallets to ensure that customers can receive the goods intact.
Storage
The packaged goods will be neatly placed in the warehouse, and then waiting for shipment.
Loading
Professional forklift workers will load the goods into the container to ensure that the goods are put into the container safely and accurately.
